CinnaDoodle Crunch

One of my all-time favorite cookies (Snickerdoodles) with a fun twist!

  • 1 Cup of Softened Butter
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Cups of Flour
  • 2 Teaspoons of Cream of Tartar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 2 Cups of Cinnamon Toast Crunch

To Roll cookies in:

  • 1/4 Cup of Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • Optional: 1 1/2 Cups of Cinnamon Toast Crunch

Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees. Mix butter and sugar together until creamy. Add in Eggs and Vanilla.

Slowly mix in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Crush up 2 cups of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and add into cookie dough.

Make the mixture to roll the cookies into.


Use a teaspoon to scoop up the dough and drop into the mix. Use your hands to smooth the shape of the cookie. Place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cookie is lightly golden.

Cool and devour!

FYI: Cereal gets a little soft in the cookie. I might try this again and only roll the cookie in the cereal. Still delicious though!
