One of my all-time favorite cookies (Snickerdoodles) with a fun twist!
- 1 Cup of Softened Butter
- 1 1/2 Cup of Sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 3 Cups of Flour
- 2 Teaspoons of Cream of Tartar
- 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
- 2 Cups of Cinnamon Toast Crunch
To Roll cookies in:
- 1/4 Cup of Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
- Optional: 1 1/2 Cups of Cinnamon Toast Crunch
Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees. Mix butter and sugar together until creamy. Add in Eggs and Vanilla.
Cool and devour!
FYI: Cereal gets a little soft in the cookie. I might try this again and only roll the cookie in the cereal. Still delicious though!
